Bring your ideas to our exciting Business Startup Camp and begin developing your own mission-driven company. Study some of the biggest successes and failures in business as you plan for your initial sales pitch!

Study Business Startups: Read and evaluate real case studies of some of the most prominent startups to date. Why were they successful? What did they do that helped them make big strides in their industry when other companies failed? What takeaways can you utilize from their accomplishments and pain points to help you be successful in your own startup?

What goes into a startup from start to finish: Take a deep dive into the processes that successful startups follow, from the first spark of an idea to the launch of a company. Learn about project management, assessing competition in the market, and generating revenue. Learn about common mistakes that start-ups make and how to avoid them!

Group Project – develop your own startup: Collaborate in teams and utilize the skills you just learned to develop your own startup company. Learn how to communicate with one another effectively and efficiently in order to grow your idea into a successful startup. Bring your brand to life as you create your own pitch deck for potential investors and design a poster to market your company.

Pitch your idea: Once your plan is ready, it’s time to pitch your idea to possible investors – your fellow campers. Each camper will be given $100,000 of play money to invest in ideas that they find attractive. Can your startup gain the most backers?
